If you have purchased a Journey or been enrolled in one through your company, you book the appointment with your select / relevant coach from within the Journey.
To do this, follow these steps...
- Tap on "Library" (mobile app) or click on "My Journeys" (web)
- Tap / click on the relevant Journey and navigate to the relevant Live Coaching Appointment
- Then tap the "Book Video Call" button
- This will open up the availability of your coach
- You can then select a time and the appointment request will be sent to your coach
- You can then access this appointment by navigating back to it in the Journey or from the "Appointments Screen" under the Discover menu (mobile app) or by clicking Appointments" from the top menu bar (web)
