If you have a confirmed appointment with a coach, you will be refunded under the following circumstances.
You will receive a full refund if…
- You cancel more than 12 hours before the start time of that appointment.
- The coach cancels your appointment.
- If you cancel a Journey appointment within 12 hours and your coach accepts your “Cancellation Request”.
You will receive a 50% refund if…
- You cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, but more than 4 hours before the appointment start time.
Payment refunds will be credited to your credit card, and Sterkla Dollars will be reimbursed where applicable.
If you are unhappy with the coaching that you received, or the value that your received from a Journey you purchased, you may request a refund by emailing email@example.com with your request.
