To book a coaching session from within a Journey you are enrolled in, simply follow these steps...
- Tap on the "Library" button
- Select the relevant Journey from the "My Journeys" tab
- Navigate to the relevant coaching appointment from within the Journey content
- Tap the "Book Video Call" button
- Choose a convenient date and time from your coach's availability and tap "Confirm Time"
- After you have booked the session, your coach will receive an "Appointment Request" and will respond to you as soon as possible.
- If your "Appointment Request" is rejected by your coach, you will be notified as to the reason, and you will then be able to re-book for another time by following steps 1-6.
- If your "Appointment Request" is accepted, then you will be able to join the meeting room 10 minutes before the start time. To join the meeting room take a look at this help file How do I join a coaching call?
