At the end of a video call you will be asked to rate the member, out of 5 stars.

NB! Your rating is anonymous and the member will not receive any notification of your rating.

The purpose of this rating system is to encourage good quality coaching as well as good platform etiquette and behaviour.

You can also rate a member once the session is over.  Go to "past" appointments, and rate and review the member that you missed.
