As a coach you will only be able to message members who are following you, have enrolled in your Journeys or have requested an appointment with you or who have messaged you first.

If they have messaged you, you will be able to reply to their message by tapping on the message icon. You can also message a client or one of your followers directly from their profile. If you want to message one of your followers from the messaging screen, you can tap on the (+) new message button show below, then search for the member you would like to message….

To send messages using our web application simply navigate to http://www.sterkla.com and click the Login/Register button.

Then click “Switch to Coach” –> and click “Message”
