It's important to us that your experience on a Sterkla coaching session or coaching journey is of great quality.
Should you find yourself with free minutes, it may be due to an issue during your call due to internet connection or platform hiccup. As such we would've have provided you with 'free Sterkla minutes' to use with the coach with whom you had your interrupted session.
*Please note our refund policy:
- Free minutes have expiry date.
- If you are booking with free minutes and you cancel 12 hours before, you will be refunded all the free minutes.
- If your cancellation is between 12 hours and 4 hours of the session, you will receive a 50% refund.
- If your cancellation is less than 4 hours before your booked appointment you will lose your free minutes.
- If the coach cancels your session, you will receive a full refund of your free minutes.
